ZUMBA
In Zumba classes our main objective is to improve general physical condition through a fun and dynamic exercise experience. We focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance, strengthening muscles, and improving flexibility through choreographed movements that combine Latin rhythms and other international styles.
We seek to encourage fun and motivation, making exercise an exciting and rewarding event that encourages participants to stay active.
Participants will experience remarkable calorie burning, muscle strengthening, and an energy boost that contributes to a more active and healthy life. They will also be favored in coordination and rhythm, essential skills for a more fluid and coordinated mobility in daily life.
And in terms of cardiovascular health, our Zumba classes increase heart capacity and blood circulation, supporting better heart health.
Warm-up: Light activities and stretching to prepare the body for more intense exercise.
Main Part: Choreographed dance sequences that combine Latin rhythms (such as salsa, reggaeton, merengue) and other international styles.
Stretching: Stretching and relaxation exercises to help the body recover and reduce the chance of injury.
Comfortable Clothing: Sportswear that allows freedom of movement and is breathable.
Suitable Footwear: Sports shoes with good support and cushioning.

BEGINNER LEVEL
Contemporary dance classes for beginners with Martha Graham technique aim to introduce students to the principles and fundamentals of this iconic technique. We seek to develop body awareness, strength, and flexibility through Graham's signature movements. In addition, we aim for students to understand and apply key concepts such as contraction and release, the use of weight and breathing in dance.
Participating in our contemporary dance classes with Martha Graham technique offers numerous benefits, including improved core strength, flexibility, and physical endurance. The Graham Technique fosters the connection between the body and emotions, providing a powerful form of self-expression and emotional release. In addition, these classes help develop a deep understanding of the body's mechanics and promote discipline and concentration.
The content of the classes includes basic Graham technique exercises, such as contraction and release, spirals, and jumps. Students will learn sequences of movement on the ground, as well as simple choreographic combinations that incorporate Graham's principles. They will work on body alignment, emotional expression and the connection between movement and breathing.
Classes will also include warm-up and stretching exercises to prepare the body and prevent injury.
To participate in contemporary and modern dance classes, no previous experience is necessary. It is advisable to wear tight, comfortable clothing that allows you to clearly observe the lines of the body. Students can dance barefoot or in non-slip socks. It is suggested to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated and a small towel.
